In this program I’m going to share with you everything that I’ve learned so far. As you know it’s a 8 week program where you’ll be training 3 times a week. After each workout take the next day off or train another muscle group because your muscle won’t grow without rest! (Ex. Monday - Booty Workout; Tuesday - Rest Day or Upper Body; Wednesday Booty Workout; Thursday - Rest or Upper Body and Friday back to the Booty Workout).
